Have been keeping quiet for a long time... but they always take SO LONG.
Just the other day, 10 minutes for two large but uncomplicated drinks. Lot was pretty much empty—there might have been one other car.
They also have a tendency to make food incorrectly or by the time it gets out, it isn't very warm. They once gave my mom a grilled cheese... but they forgot the cheese and then got snarky when she (politely) asked for it to be remade.

I'm not sure exactly what has happened at all the Sonic's that I've eaten in in the last 10 or so years but the weenies in the foot-long cheese cones & the hamburger patties are never hot anymore. Heaven forbid your getting your food to take home & eat. I'll bet the food woud be really cold by then. They don't taste bad or anything. The meats in the meals are never hot anymore.
