Awful service. Put in a mobile order. Waited twenty minutes then called in to see if there was an eta on my food as I had work shortly. Carhop who answered the board was incredibly hateful and yelled that they were short staffed. I’ve worked fast food. I’ve been short staffed. You don’t take it out on the customers. Will not be returning. Corporate vastly needs to get ahold of this place. Ugh. Do better

They can’t hear you while taking orders. They either yell at you when speaking through the order station or the whisper. They can’t remember if they’ve forgotten an item even though they receipt and the food items are directly in front of them. Let me see what else I can think of. You order a drink and they do not bring out a straw with it. They are just not very common sense orientated there and by they I mean crew management and corporate.
