While it’s not always consistent, it’s mostly good. ESPECIALLY when Sam is working, she’s so sweet, knows my order, and always gets its correct and out the window in good time! Some of the employees could be a little louder when taking an order, and be consistent with asking clarifying questions instead of giving me what they THINK I said. But that’s also part of having teenagers there as their first job!

This is the second time I only ordered a drink. That took 15 minutes.
Every time I get food from this location right by my house it's never a good experience. Last night I ordered 2 small Oreo cheesecake master shakes, huge disappointment. I had no Oreo pieces whatsoever, no cheesecake, it looked like crumbs of graham cracker in vanilla ice cream that's it! I ordered on the app 20 minutes before closing so my only assumption is they had the ingredients put away for the night and didn't want to bother.
