I ordered a mobile order and been sitting out outside for over 15 minutes. It is now 13 minutes past my pick up time and still have not gotten my food. What’s the point in doing a mobile order and there’s no cars out in the parking lot.

The food is ok if they make it fresh but careful if they do. You'll sit there for 10 sometimes 30 minutes. Also it'd be great if they listened to the order given. Every single time my order is wrong. Every time.

I've never met a Sonic Drive-In that i didn't like. With that being said, I don5 really know what's going on with all the Sonic's that I've eaten at in the last 10 years or so. Hasn't mattered footlong or hamburger the meats never hot any more. Don't know why that has happened. Does mater from Clinton, Ok, to Newcastle, Oklahoma, to Baytown, Tx, & to Mont Belvieu, Tx.. Haven't eaten any meat from any Sonic in the last 10 years, that the meats just Luke warm.

I have always loved the foot longs at sonic , but today I was not satisfied with any of the combo so first of all the chili what they did put on it was dry and untasty, my curvy fries were hard and very over cooked just not satisfied with today's lunch at all disappointed

they never get my order right even after they repeat it. its very frustrating and i was lied to about the cream slush prices and charged anyway. ugh! I dont enjoy bad service
The issue with this store is not the food or drinks or customer service. It’s the speed. Every single visit no matter if it’s drinks or food I’m waiting 10-20 minutes, legitimately. I’m not sure what’s going on inside but this is… kinda nuts.

This location is disgusting!!! The cooks don’t wear gloves and they touch everything with their bare hands. The owner allows them to use their hands absolutely no proper training whatsoever. 🤢
