Great sonic. Good customer service. Never had a food issue here. I do wish they had a single healthy item other than water. We get my son food here a lot but can’t order anything for ourselves.
As seniors we appreciate Sonic having the $1.99 menu since we are on a fixed income. It was nice to go out for a hamburger. Food was good. Only issue was the person taking the order was confused about the $1.99 menu and it we were a little frustrated with ordering. Car hop wasn't that friendly. But we will try again, since it was only our 1st visit.
While it’s not always consistent, it’s mostly good. ESPECIALLY when Sam is working, she’s so sweet, knows my order, and always gets its correct and out the window in good time! Some of the employees could be a little louder when taking an order, and be consistent with asking clarifying questions instead of giving me what they THINK I said. But that’s also part of having teenagers there as their first job!
