While it’s not always consistent, it’s mostly good. ESPECIALLY when Sam is working, she’s so sweet, knows my order, and always gets its correct and out the window in good time! Some of the employees could be a little louder when taking an order, and be consistent with asking clarifying questions instead of giving me what they THINK I said. But that’s also part of having teenagers there as their first job!
While I think Sonic's prices tend to be high, this location has great service. They have been very friendly to us. If you don't have the Sonic app, get it. They always have some kind of special offer and it's always "Happy hour" in the app.
It was an okay experience. I've gone multiple times and I notice a pattern. Even though it may not be important to some people: Most of the time thier energy and attitude just kill my experience. The employees always seem sad, emotionless, and more. There are a few of them who go above and beyond, but not often. The food hits the right spot in the end.
