“You wouldn't expect such good BBQ from a gas station / convenience store but it is AMAZING. Good smoke ring through the meat- flavorful, & BIG portions. I can barely get through a half-order of loaded fries, let alone a full order. BBQ sauce (mild) is sweet & savorful. Their southwest ranch is a must on the huge loaded baked potato. I could drink that stuff by the gallon- Amazing food for an Amazing price-“

“This place is awesome, their meat is delicious and thier customer service is excellent! Asked about purchasing their extra trimmings in the drive thru so I could give my dog a special treat, the guy asked me the weight of my dog and then gave me a bunch of trimmings, no charge. My husband also has a gluten allergy and their BBQ sauce and most of their meat is gluten free!“

“Had a great time at Billy Sim's BBQ recently! The BBQ and sides were tasty. Shoutout to Miguel for being awesome. “We stopped here after a football game and had good food and quick, friendly service. Our group had ribs, brisket and a loaded baked potato, coleslaw, corn on the cob, fried okra and potato salad. The potato salad was the only thing we might not get next time.“
