Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I only like a couple of ice cream flavors at Braum's, but I got a takeout double scoop of my favorite. The young man who took my order and got it for me was very nice.

Great freeze as usual. If you like rootbeer floats you will love a rootbeer freeze. It's a blended float.

We love Braum’s ice cream. This evening there was a nice, helpful man at the ice cream bar. He explained the new flavors to us and suggested that we have a Sunday. For both of us to have a lot of ice cream. It was less than five dollars. You cannot beat the food deals at Braum’s.

It's all about the milk.

When I was ordering I was rushed I was trying to chose ice cream and it was hard because she kept asking me if that was all I wanted and I kept saying no and I had a bag of burgers and two out of five had hair. I was very nice and told them they are doing a good job but I should’ve waited afterwards.

Good breakfast.

It's a fast food with a small grocery store. I get the bacon burger and cherry limeade every time I go. I also get no sugar added ice cream eggnog when in season. Other grocery items like fresh vegetables, bread, and of course milk products

Parking: Every location is a little different. Some are cleaner than others. Food is better at different ones. The one on Lindsey Street is good.

Always great. Never disappoints. Staff greeted us upon entry. The staff all look like part time college students. In other words, it's just a job. The cashier wasn't friendly, just taking orders. Mayo or Mustard? Drink or Shake? Deduct a star for poor personnel at the register. Daniel, a cook I think, was happy to help me with a question when I picked up our order. The manager on duty was on top of things and making sure everyone was being served. If I wanted drive through service, I would have gone somewhere else.

Every time I go to this Braum’s it is so slow that it takes a minimum of 30 minutes sitting in the drive thru. They take one order, pull the person around, and fill their order before ever taking another person’s order. This last time, I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. During this time they served 2 cars, and the person at the front of the line still had not had a chance to place their order. I had leave before I could get to the front of the line.

If you are planning on using the drive thru skip this Braum’s. It’s the worst one in Norman.
