My wife and I recently visited The Brown Bag, and I cannot recommend this place enough. While the food was fantastic, the service was truly on another level—if I could give it 1,000 stars, I would!

The Highlight: Above & Beyond Service
A huge thank you to Alysha, who was our server. I accidentally ordered my tacos with bacon (totally my fault!), and since we don't eat bacon, I went back to the counter to pay for a new order. Alysha noticed what happened and immediately stepped in. She insisted on comping the second order and replaced my tacos for free. It’s rare to find a business that cares more about the customer experience than a few extra dollars.

Everything we ordered was delicious. If you're visiting, here are our top recommendations:
• The Burger: Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.
• The Poppers: The perfect kick to start the meal.
• The Tacos: Even without the bacon, these were a 10/10!

“Rude disrespectful employees I ordered a concrete with extra oreo. When I received the mix it barely had oreo. I asked for more oreo and the young boy rolled his eyes and said it has extra oreo. I said will you put in a little more? He handed it to a female working there and she made a comment about wanting extra oreo. She handed it to a girl who acted like she was putting extra oreo in it. She did not put any extra at all. their attitudes were rediculious. I know it is hard to hire good people but, Chic Fila across from you ALWAYS has very nice respectful employees. Your employees need to learn from them. Get rid of their attitudes. Find new employees“

“What a great lunch! Try the chicken pad Thai. I lived in the Asian district of OKC (Classen and 23rd area) for 15 years, so I’ve tried many versions. This was THE BEST Pad Thai I’ve ever had. “My wife and I recently visited Louie's Grill & Bar in Brookhaven, and we had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Opting to sit at the bar, we were treated to quick and attentive service, while also being able to catch some sports action on television. The overall atmosphere was lively. To start, we ordered the queso. The flavors were well-balanced, and the cheese was perfectly melted, making it an excellent appetizer choice. As for the main course, I chose the blackened shrimp tacos, and they were very good. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasoning to create a burst of flavors in each bite. I was impressed with this dish and would recommend it to others. My wife opted for the Cali club sandwich with a side of fried okra, and she was pleased with her choice. The sandwich had a delightful combination of flavors. The fried okra added a nice crunchy touch to the meal, and she thoroughly enjoyed the entire plate. For dessert, we indulged in the funnel cake fries, and they were the perfect way to end our meal. “Pulled in and ordered a late dinner for myself, husband, and daughter. We saw a couple of picnic tables and decided to go sit at them. In no time at all, our food and drinks were brought out to us at the picnic table. The nice lady then asked if she could get us anything else, which we declined. She came back anyway with extra napkins, ketchup, and ranch bc she heard my daughter say she wanted some! More than that, she came back with a smile as well as a friendly and caring attitude when she didn’t have to, especially since it was minutes away from closing time. Knowing Del Rancho drive in is not the typical place with waiters on staff, I was very appreciative of this woman’s kindness and positive energy in her job. You just don’t get good customer service like this anymore, therefore I believe in praising people who still do take pride in their job.
