I placed my order online at 2:20, no line when I came in. Didn’t start my order until I asked them about it 45 minutes after. When I received my food, I was missing my fries and they forgot to remove pickles from my sandwich. The workers were kind but very frustrating to have to go back and forth with them asking for corrections. This was at the Union.

I love your food but the mobile thru feature is worthless. Every time I use it, cars that got there after me are getting through before me. So I should just wait to order when I get there or go inside. And yes traffic volume is same on both lanes so that’s not it.

People never leave reviews when the food is great. Only when they have the 1 bad visit out of the hundred times they have been there before. Chick-fil-a Norman Main st. is great!

Poor Management! Management allows workers to get overheated when working the drive thru, they overwork their teens , play favorites and then complain when workers ask for relief from the heat. Chick-fil-a used to be one of the best places to work but not anymore. Perhaps they should invest in training managers to be better managers.

I asked to use my rewards for an item I forgot to put on a mobile order. Next thing I know they ILLEGALLY charged my card without my permission. I NEVER gave them my card nor did they allow me to scan my app for rewards. When I called Abigail, the manager, to tell her I was wrongfully charged she argued with me & was very condescending about how they wouldn’t do anything. No refund, even though I was willing to scan to redeem the reward that should have been used. BEWARE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY WITHOUT CONSENT! Worst chick fil a experience ever. Worst customer service. Not to mention the food was poor quality. It is clear the owner, Brian, & staff do not care about their customers.

They don't take gift cards, there's a limited menu, and the hours and address on Google Maps are always wrong, but this is otherwise the same Chick-fil-A you know and love. Along with all of campus. Even before COVID, Grubhub is the only decent way to order from here.
