The best Starbucks I've ever been to, and that is saying something considering how busy it is during the day. The employees are extremely kind and make an effort to remember who are regulars. I've yet to have an issue with an order or any issue period. The store is always clean and well put together. Genuinely one of the nicest establishments in Norman with some of the best employees.
I go here almost daily - it's easily the best run Starbucks in Norman. Very impressed with the staff. If there's an occasional problem, they communicate proactively. I've seen them give out small treats when they get too backed up. Starbucks flavor isn't my favorite coffee but I go here because they make it easy and pleasant

It's just like every other Starbucks, but less place to sit and work and not very well maintained, sometimes it's dirty and smelly across the sitting area. The cafe location is actually great, one would definitely like to sit and work.
