I had the worst expirence. My order was placed at the wrong store and I was unable to speak to anyone or get help. Every number I called sent me straight to a robot and there is no button when you place a order to require at to cancel. They are stealing money.
EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE !!! Thought I'd give this place one more try. Nope, they failed again. I eat at a LOT of Chipotle's across the country and this one is hands down the WORST! I ordered my regular burrito bowl and chips online this evening and it was delivered without the chips and the bowl wasn't even half full. No credit was given for the chips so I had to figure out how to contact their automated chat to get a complimentary chip and guac even though I ordered a chip and corn....read full review

I usually love this location but I was served the worst quality food today. The guacamole was so dark and some parts were brown and the queso was chalky. I normally never have this issue and look forward to this location, but I was so grossed out I couldn't even finish my bowl. Very disappointed
