decent service. coffee is burnt more often than not. if you order black coffee, you will likely need to drink it piping hot or else you will experience the vomit-flavored brews they prepare.i dont know how to make coffee consistently worse than a k-cup brewer (acceptable taste and super easy) but these guys seem to have it figured out.
Convenient location on campus and the new area in the Union is a beautiful location to study. However, service is ridiculously slow even when the cafe is empty, and drinks/orders are constantly made incorrectly. Nearly every experience is frustrating - I recommend walking down to campus corner for Starbucks.

This place gets really really busy with lines out the door, but they are always so quick with their service. The staff if always kind and the manager is awesome! I love coming here to work on school and enjoy a nice drink.
