I do not usually write reviews, but what happened to me at this Chick fil A deserves to be recorded in the history books. I walked in expecting nothing more than a chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Instead, I walked out with my life saved. As I was eating my dinner, I choked on a waffle fry. Before I could even panic, an employee by the name of Wesley Winfield swooped in like some kind of guardian angel. With the calmest voice I have ever heard, he handed me a large sweet tea...
A young man named Wesley Winfield really made my day. My pet hamster Rowley got rolled over by a bike and passed away so I came in visibly upset. When I stepped in the establishment Wesley was there to lift me up immediately! He asked me what was wrong and was immediately there to comfort me! Such a kind gentleman he is.
Quick & easy lunch with grandkids. Chicken nuggets for them. Spicy Chicken Sandwich & Grilled chicken Salad for us. Fruit & Fries shared. We dined in. Very neat & clean. Service is great. Their Customer Service training model is outstanding.
