i live in AZ now but i am a born n raised Sooner lovin OKIE! when i lived in Oklahoma i LOVED to go to City Bites. they had the most amazing sandwiches ever. i always end up craving it and when i go back to visit i always stop by to get my fix!!!

Food is always good but not easy what you order. Most of the time it's almost better to go make your own food in this kitchen. Or tl the cook what you want exactly and watch him mess it up there timesDietary restrictions: Maybe gluten half time maybe not. It's a bread shop and they are bad at whatthey do!

Three separate times my sandwich order was wrong. I love city bites. Always have. Doesn’t matter if you’re polite, they still won’t remake your food. Tactless, and bad customer service. Manager could care less, which is obvious. 10 years I’ve worked customer service and I would be more than happy to remake something if it was wrong. I have a million times over the past 10 years. The employees don’t lose out on money. Nothing gets taken out of your check. Treat people better. Very disappointed. I’ll find a new place to order my food at.

The sandwiches and cookies are excellent here, with great breads and options for vegetarians. It’s a fun and zany environment welcoming all, with a retro 80s-90s pop art flair. The service is very good. In particular, one tallish young woman with light red hair has been, over the years, consistently top-notch in her promptness, efficiency and customer service. It’s a joy to see someone so good at what they do, whether it be handling the busy drive-thru and/or the lobby, slinging sangies and potatoes to hungry Okies, regulars, and tourists.Vegetarian options: Hot and cold veggie Sandwiches, gourmet grillled cheese, baked potatoes

They absolutely through my potatoes together, and it tasted equivalent to water! Would 100% not recommend! I240 and Moore, and literally every other location are out doing you all by a landslide!

Nice small place with great subs. Inside it has an interesting decor. Ordered a turkey club sub and a drink. The have several bread options and a variety of hot and cold subs. Order came out shortly and was delicious. Service was good, inside place was clean, and a big window with plenty of natural lighting. I almost got a cookie as I was leaving but was full. Enjoyed eating here for sure.

I love City Bites and the staff is always friendly but several need to bathe. Today the person who served me at the drive thru had such dirty hair I wished I could just leave. And then there was a hair on the side of the drink cup. It's not okay to go to work with greasy hair. I probably won't go back.
Ate here a while ago, so I can't say too much about that (I do remember it being good, though), but a big hearty thank you to the employees who caught my dogs and called to let me know. Those brats of mine (said with both affection and frustration) dug under the fence and got out. Anyway, thank you so much for getting ahold of them!
