First of all I have ordered cake from LA baguette atleast 5 times. This last order they made a mistake on my name, and no apology was made? Am I not allowed to be pissed off if I ordered something and I got something different? Instead of apologizing the girl said " well you haven't paid for the writing " are you kidding me?? Why didn't he take payment for the writing over the phone?? A simple apology would have gone a long way!!
This place has great pastries; this is the only place that I think has the best tiramisu I’ve ever tried. Their breakfasts are delicious. So far, I don’t believe I had any issues with the food.
