This location is absolutely disgusting. Pulled into the restaurant and noticed a worker standing, with headset on, next to a car with the door open smoking. Continued to pull around to the drive thru and the person on the intercom was the person smoking in the parking lot. I placed my order and the person was obviously stalling to get inside. Placed order and pulled forward. Handed the person at the window my card to pay, same person that was smoking, and noticed the person had NOT washed his hands. He handed back my card and walked around the corner. I hollered for the person to come back and I asked him if he was who was making our order. He replied yes. I replied, weren’t you smoking in the parking lot? He responded yes, however he had ran in and washed his hands. This was an obvious lie. I told him he was lying and asked for a refund. As he was trying to get the refund back on my card, I asked his name and he replied “Jeff”. “Jeff” obviously didn’t know what he was doing as he gave up trying to refund my payment back to my card and refunded me in cash. Once I pulled away, I looked at the receipt and the person’s name was in fact NOT “Jeff”, but Jay. This place is disgusting. I used to frequent his location 2-3 times a week. I will NEVER be back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know exactly how disgusting this place is. Would give zero stars if I could.

The old lady manager said in Spanish she's crazy as she stood outside on the patio near me! Then she kept saying is something wrong like she wanted to ruin my food! The hot fudge sundae looked smaller than usual! She said if you want more hot fudge, you have to pay for it!!! She banged on the bathroom door saying someone knocked over your bike! The manager knocked it over and I'm handicapped!!! Don't waste your money here or they'll treat you like garbage!!!

Pulled up to the drive through around 10:30 PM CST on 11/13/25. Everything was going as expected till we go to pay. We hand the girl Cash and card ( Normal behavior when someone wants you to pay with the cash and put the rest on card) She than proceeded to hand us our card and cash back and goes “it all went through on card.” This wouldn’t have been such a big deal after we explained what we meant to happen if she didn’t then run her mouth and go “You shoulda said that”. With a full blown attitude. If you didn’t know. Own up to it.

A sweet, lovely lady did it (I couldn’t catch her name, unfortunately, so I will just call her the pretty green-eyed brunette)!
She was sharp, punctual, and very friendly!!!
The food was given to us right away — exactly as we ordered it!!!
So definitely go and order some food while she still works there!!!

Stopped by drive thru to get one of my favorite treats.. medium chocolate brownie extreme blizzard. Got the cup...and thought that the brownie pieces were just further down in the cup... SURPRISE! There were no brownie pieces. Just a cup of chocolate ice cream with some hardshell pieces in it.
Will be a long time before I go there again. Over $6 for a dish of ice cream. For a couple of more $ I could have bought a half gallon at the grocery store.

old lady with bad breath and glasses was very rude during the drive through. i was the only customer there at the store. literally the only customer and it took her over 15 minutes for one shake. rude after she handed it to me, called me yellow because i’m asian i guess. then slammed the window at my face. i don’t understand how someone can work at this establishment treat someone who was their only customer at the time like this. i hope the old lady with bad breath and glasses learns to treat people better.

They’re ALWAYS out of ingredients and I’m not talking just “premium” ingredients, I’m talking the bases flavors, graham crackers, chocolate pieces, snickers, Oreos, cheesecake, etc. We went through SIX different menu item blizzards, to end up leaving and going to Braums.
Dude in the window couldn’t care any less. Was getting sassy when we kept asking for different blizzards to see if we could even get DQ.
Did I mention, this is for FOURTH time this has happened? All different days of the week. Do not recommend.
