We spent seventy dollars and ordered country fried steak dinners and chicken strip dinners. When we got home, our meals had no country gravy, and the okra was not cooked. I called to speak to a manager, and all she could say was to drive back up here and get it. The customer service is horrible, and so is the food. Do not waste your money.

Food was good, however, Mustangs location is BY FAR superior to this location! I was very disappointed in the RANCH & the GRAVY, which I ordered extra of not knowing it is completely different than the Mustang location, It is WELL worth the drive to Mustang!

So... on game days, there is a deal on the original Del Rancho Steak Sandwich. A couple bucks off the regular price. My sandwich looked a little smaller than the previous one ordered during the week. Maybe this was not intended, but I think that they might be using a smaller portion on game days. Still, the service was awesome, and the sandwich was tasty. I hope next time my patty will be the usually oversized version.

Usually we're very pleased. Tonight was a horrible experience. The food was soggy, old and nasty. I asked for no gravy on my meal and was given extra. It also took a whole to receive our food, we watched the staff making out inside. We won't be back for a while.

We pulled up in 2 vans full of the motleyist crew. Ordered tons of food and they nailed it. Great service, nothing was messed up. The steak sandwich supreme is a classic that I order every time I'm there. Delicious! Y'all are rockstars!
