They do not listen to you when you order your food. Both times we have came they messed up the simple order. Then made us wait while the food Sat on the counter for us to have come back to the counter and ask for it. This location sucks.

We were so disappointed....love Grandy's and grew up at the one in Warr Acres. The food wasn't very good and pricey and the employee thought I was nuts for asking to have my cinnamon roll heated W butter. They did that for years and offered it at the other Grandy's. People wouldn't get out of our way when we needed to get out food so it was cold. Employees rolled eyes when we asked to have it heated. It was ice cold.

A friend and I went in for lunch. We were the first in line at the counter and didn’t even get acknowledged. It appeared that they were busy filling drive-thru orders. They need people dedicated to dine in and others to drive-thru. We ended up leaving after standing there for 10 minutes.After reading all the reviews and my own experience, I doubt that I’ll go back.

I love Grandys , but this is the second time I have got the scrambled egg breakfast and the eggs were super dry. The eggs are usually really moist. Can’t get through to talk to anyone at the Norman store.

We frequently go to Grandys in Moore. We were excited that Norman got a Grandys. The menu was exactly the same on the menu board, but everything we received was altered. The eggs had sharp cheddar cheese in them and were a huge disappointment. I'm allergic, not medically alert allergic, but the razor blade feeling in the mouth allergic. Nowhere on the menu does it say they are made with sharp cheddar cheese. The hashbrowns were cold. The biscuits and gravy were a spoon of gravy on the plate and the biscuit on the side, which resulted in not enough gravy, and a mess trying to scoop the gravy onto the biscuit in the larger portion of the plate. This was our first time at this Grandys for breakfast and it was a major disappointment. My husband said his pancakes were shelf old with tough edges. I think we will go back to Moore for breakfast at Grandys.When we talked to the employee about the egg/cheese situation, they apologized and made more eggs without cheese, but the mouth feeling like I ate razorblades doesn't go away. So not being able to eat for 2 or more days isn't a "clean eggs" kinda fix.They need to stick with the menu or put on it what they are adding to it.Dietary restrictions: Ask what they are adding. It's not a traditional Grandys menu.

I went through drive thru to get breakfast on my way to work. I ordered BET combo, how hard could it be? Apparently pretty hard. I got to work to find there were no hashbrowns in the bag only a sandwich. So, I paid $9.78 to get an iced tea (extra 80 cents if you don't get coffee) and breakfast sandwich. I tried calling phone number on the receipt to let them know, but the call would never go through. I definitely won't be back for breakfast! I can drive thru a lot of places for less than $10 and get all I pay for!

We placed our order. Inside. We waited over 12 minutes. The place was not busy at all. Hubby went up to register. There was our ticket, just sitting there ignored. They apologized over and over. Could have given us a sinnamon roll. But the food was classic Grandys and it was hood, when we finally got it.

I was so excited to have Grandy’s in Norman but let me tell you, it would be faster to drive to the Moore location and back, and the people are much friendlier in Moore. I’ve tried multiple times, but I won’t be back to the Norman location.
The manager called about this issue I had and addressed the situation and spent plenty of time trying to find my recipes and comped not only one but both my Moore visit and my Norman visit. I feel very grateful that the management clearly, is awesome and caring at this establishment!!!!! I grew up on Grandys food when we had one next to the highschool in Norman (where dental depot is now) so I have always loved them.I will try it again one of these days.The one in Moore the last time I went I waited well over an HOUR for dine in grilled chicken, they messed up my order more than twice, I got SO SO sick and didn't want Grandys after that, but decided to give the one in Norman a chance for breakfast - we get home and have NO syrup for the pancakes and NO butter for the pancakes, I have called, left messages, and NEVER got a phone call back!! VERY frustrating!! The only GOOD thing I can say with confidence is that their bacon tasted more fresh and not frozen than ANY other fast food place I've eaten breakfast at.

I would highly suggest Grandy corporate come to Normal and shut down the business until they hire and train a staff before they make someone sick. Employees not wearing gloves and touching food with hands. Overpriced food that took a hour to get and was brought out or we had to go get it over a long period of time. Most of our order went into the trash because it was that bad. I have gone to this business twice and both times the food and service was awful. I gave it two times because the first time was right after they opened in Norman and I thought it was because they were training a new staff. There won’t be a third visit to this restaurant but I would really suggest whoever owns this business to step up because it was unacceptable and I can guarantee by what I saw today, it is a guarantee someone is going to get sick from eating at this restaurant.

Times are tough those rolls are too petite for me though and at $15+ for a plate and drink there are a number of options around that will get my attention before Grandy's.
