The buffalo pizza is always great the buffet was a little stale when we got here @1:10pm it does end at 2 but they put some fresh out after a bit. Logan our server was very friendly and attentive. Had a little misshap with our tab but they fixed it and sent us on our way with a smile. I didnt feel like this was worth docking a star.
Had a great time. Really nice atmosphere and service.

Based on customer reviews, HeyDay Entertainment Norman is a great place for events like birthday parties or staff parties. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Specific staff members like Harold are amazing, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have what they need. Leila provided amazing service and patience, and Joshua was pleasant and accommodating, even preparing a fresh pizza pie near the end of the lunch buffet. The prices on drinks, food, and bowling are outstanding, and the games upstairs cost nothing while waiting for lanes. The bowling is great with nice screens, and the trivia night on Thursdays is a great time. However, the service can sometimes be shotty, with communication issues making it a major hassle to order or correct a food order. The food itself is three-star. Overall, guests feel welcomed and have a great time.
