Would definitely not recommend due to sexually explicit music videos shown on the walls facing and viewed by all bowlers. We took four boys, ages 4 to 13 years old on a Saturday afternoon expecting a fun atmosphere with family friendly entertainment. my family went to bowl, them were went to Double Dave's inside the entertainment center for dinner. we were literally the only table. our orders were taken expeditiously but that's one things started to unravel. we were never brought the beer that was ordered at the table, we were never bought silverware. a runner brought us our food we had no silverware we had no appetizer plates she brought us appetizer plates we told her about the beer. then we never saw her again. Based on customer reviews, HeyDay Entertainment Norman is a great place for events like birthday parties or staff parties. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Specific staff members like Harold are amazing, welcoming, and go above and beyond to make sure guests are comfortable and have what they need. Leila provided amazing service and patience, and Joshua was pleasant and accommodating, even preparing a fresh pizza pie near the end of the lunch buffet. The prices on drinks, food, and bowling are outstanding, and the games upstairs cost nothing while waiting for lanes. The bowling is great with nice screens, and the trivia night on Thursdays is a great time. However, the service can sometimes be shotty, with communication issues making it a major hassle to order or correct a food order. The food itself is three-star. Overall, guests feel welcomed and have a great time.
