Stopped at this Braum's early in the morning for breakfast using the drive-thru. The food was provided quickly and was up to expectations. No issues at all.

We stopped in here as we were passing just south of Oklahoma City as it is only a few blocks from the highway. This location is a small Braum’s with a drive-through and plenty of parking. My wife ordered a 1/6 pound burger combo (with a shake in place of a drink). I ordered a BBQ bacon grilled chicken sandwich (a limited time menu item). We ordered our meal shortly before noon on a Saturday, and there were only a few other patrons eating at that time. When our food arrived, we were very disappointed. I realized that the cashier entered my order as a BBQ hamburger instead of BBQ grilled chicken. On top of that it was obvious the hamburger had been cooked some time ago, and the cheese was not melted. My wife’s hamburger was also cold. The French fries were a bit stale and tough so all of our food had been sitting around before we arrived. The only thing that was enjoyable was the shake. We were on a tight schedule and did not have time to complain about our food. We only stopped here because my wife really enjoys the Braum’s in Wichita where we live.
