Typical Jersey Mike's decor but the manager is rude and slightly incompetent. He took my order and assumed the woman standing next to me was with me causing confusion at the register. They are also unaware of the secret menu items so you will have to spell things out for them. Staff is slow, and my philly was over cooked and dry.

I had a great experience at Jersey Mike’s in Norman thanks to Jayde (spelled J-A-Y-D-E). She was incredibly detail-oriented and took her time making my sandwich with genuine care and precision. You could tell she truly cared about doing it right—not just getting it done.

Her attention to detail and dedication to customer service were far above what you’d expect at a fast-food place. It really stood out. I can easily see her going very far in life because...

Our car broke down outside of this place and everyone was insanely nice and helpful to my partner and I!! Great staff and great food; can’t stress enough how kind they all were. Acts of kindness can make a horrible day wonderful.
