Here lately something is changing with the taste of my #16. It has been my favorite sandwich for years! I don't know if it's an employee thing or if the seasoning of the meat changed but my last couple sandwiches have been getting worse each time. My last sandwich tasted like the chicken had no flavor at all. So disappointed I could have cried. Felt like I was grieving the loss of my bestie. This is by far the BEST jersey mikes I’ve ordered from. I place large orders 2-4 times a week for my trainings & sales meetings and this location completed a couple of my orders this week and they were PERFECT each time! Dawn even called me prior to to completing my first order to ask if I wanted the sauce on the side to avoid the sandwiches from being soggy! In the 5 years I’ve been in this role and purchasing large lunches this is the first & only store to offer...

I have celiac disease and am currently in the hospital. I sent my dad to get me lunch. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond to make sure that my sandwich was safe to eat. The gluten free bread is good but the effort from the employees is everything. If you are gluten free this is definitely the place to go!
