I want to give a huge shout-out to Tony... I went in for one of the lunch and drink specials. When I saw the food that I was given it had obviously been sitting in the warmer for quite some time. No big deal, those things happen sometimes. I took the food back in and showed Tony, who totally understood that it was unacceptable and offered to make me a fresh batch immediately.
