This McDonalds is in an extremely busy location. The whole design of the interior is bad. There is so much wasted space. People walked in and saw the line, and no available seating turned around and walked back out. So redesign to provide maximum seating. Also, y'all are McDonalds, put the soda and tea out front for customers to get refills. Have an employee or 2 at the registers at all times to be taking orders. You have too many employees working the kitchen side it is...

Normally service is really good here, but today I was asked to drive around and wait which is no biggie they are usually busy. Tell me why the person bringing my food could not seperate herself from her phone for 2 minutes to bring my food. I mean texting in one hand my food in the other not even looking up. Seriously go back to no cell phones while working. It was just rude.

I love this McDonald’s, and I’ve never had any kind of interaction feel off. Today at noon the guy working the second window was VERY nice. Didnt speak great english but it was clear he was happy to be there. The girl working in the front window was very snotty. Didn’t even say a word, and immediately shut the door right in my face. I’ve never seen someone be so grumpy and rude.
