Couple of issues I have with this Popeye's. The chicken most of the time I have ordered it has been over cooked and way to hard to eat. The other thing is I love their popcorn shrimp and every time I have gone to order the shrimp only, they always tell me a different price higher than the last time I purchased. I totally get some people have had bad experiences here and I never care to review fast food locations but this place really made me do a double take to see if I was at a popeyes. The cashier was so nice and happy to make conversation and seemed to really care and even let us know what food was just made so it would be hot. It was really refreshing and the location was really clean and popeyes is also good so I'm glad we have this location in Norman!
I've tried giving this place multiple chances but every time I eat here I am very disappointed because they still have yet to get my order right. Everytime, the receipt says exactly as I ordered but the food is not correct at all. I keep coming back in hopes it was just a simple mistake they made with my food but they mess my order up every single time I come here.
