This was our first time dining at the Norman location. The atmosphere felt more relaxed, the waiters were energetic and just talking to everyone...which we loved. When we asked on certain recommendations due to new/different items, our waitress was spot on and more impressive was the fact that she did not hesitate. As always, the food was consistent and perfect.
My wife and I had a fantastic New Years Eve dinner as the food and service were top notch. I had the Ribeye which was cooked perfectly rare to medium rare and tender. My wife enjoyed the lobster risotto with plenty of lobster. Our desserts were key lime pie and dulce de leche ice cream. Both were fantastic and large portions. Tonight we dined at the Ranch for Christmas. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the quality of my food as well as the service. The waiter was very slow in coming over to the table, didn't tell us his name or ask if we'd been in before. He didn't come over to check on us until after we were done eating, my asparagus was tough and overdone but I just pushed it to the side. I was hoping he would bring me a replacement!
