Horrible experience. First my total was wrong. Then the GLUTEN FREE bun that I paid for was not gluten free. I have celiac disease, gluten free isnt just a fun choice for me. I did not figure out the bun was wrong until I got home and noticed its not my usual bun. I will be calling the store tomorrow to get this resolved and never returning to this location, as well as contacting corporate. Food allergies are serious and if I didn't know what the gf bun looked like I would...
Best schlotzsky around here. Bread is crispy, meat is delicious .it is across town , but the one on 19th in Moore was not good the last two times I went there. Norman is my go to restaurant.
My order was supposed to have double meat and didnt. They immediately made me fresh sandwiches and were so incredibly nice. I've never been here before but between the employees and the Cinnabon I'll be back 😊 haven't even eaten the sandwiches yet.
