Doughnut was super dry and crispy. Kolache was sweet and not like other Shipley’s kolaches I’ve had.
Ordered donuts and Kolaches on Sunday for delivery. They delivered the donuts only and told us they didnt have enough kolaches to fulfill the order. I was fine with that so I just asked for a refund. Door dasher explained he was unable to do that. I called door dash and they told me I would need to contact Shipley since he was completed through there website, so I did. I called them and asked for a refund for the Kolaches as I ordered a half dozen of them and that was 21 dollars. They said someone would contact me which they never did and I never got my money back. Pretty poor customer service and I order from here again. Donuts wernt even great either.

Horrible stale donuts. Drive-through took forever. Will not be coming back. This is why everyone should shop at a local donut store instead of a franchise…

These donuts are NOT Shipleys donuts. Dry, stale and not even close to a Shipleys recipe.

We are visiting from the upper Midwest, and wondered what Kolaches meant in Oklahoma, so we stopped into to Shipley's to see! Normally, they are a Bohemian or Balkan filled cookie. Here they are more like a filled dinner roll. The ones with sausage reminded us of bagel dogs, but a lot softer. But we also tried bear claws (filled with apple and cinnamon), crullers, filled donuts (Bavarian cream and cherry), and apple fritters. Take those apple fritters home, microwave them, and they are the most delicious, buttery, state-fair tasting treats ever! We are super pleased with this place - we tend to prefer the not too sweet style breakfast carbs! And the prices were quite reasonable - donut places up North can be like $5 each!!! The young man & woman working there were so welcoming and happy to explain their products - they seem quite proud of their shop and their sweets! Highly recommend!!!

Establishment was very filthy, Do-Nuts were old and stale. Employee re-used the food handling glove. Gross

I’m from Houston shipleys is the best donut place there. I moved to Oklahoma and I saw this place in Norman so me and my wife tried it. It was terrible that was in 2020 fast forward 5 years later came back and it was just like home 🙏🏻
Always serving cold unfresh donuts.. even at 8:00am, and this wasn’t a one off. This has been my experience each time I’ve come.
Went in with an online order for 2 glazed donuts and a sausage egg and cheese kolache. They had none of those and tried to get me to replace it with cheaper items and no refund. The guy said he would cancel my order instead and refund my stuff but did not, so i went in the next day explained the situation and they gave me my food.
The kolache was the best kolache i have ever had however the donut was meh, a puffier version of krispy kreme donuts from restaurant, not walmart.
