Overall the experience and food was good. I do wish the donuts would have been warm though.

I actually ordered DoorDash from Shipleys and that’s what prompted my review. I’ve been going there since they opened and I’ve never received fresher food or better service than I just did with my delivery.

I left notes for some specific flavors for my donuts and then told them to surprise me with the rest. Not only did they include my requests but their picks were great too. They even went as far as to leave a personalized note on the box and include a couple extra picks.

As always the Koloches were delicious and the coffee does the trick.

Can’t wait to stop in again soon! Thanks for making me smile this morning!

This location is under new management! Tean and her husband trained in Houston and have relocated to Norman to bring this store to the Houston Shipley standard! As a Houston native, I grew up eating Shipley’s Donuts. Unfortunately, when I attended OU beginning in the Fall of 2000, there weren’t any locations in Oklahoma. Well, not only is this store conveniently located on Main St. in Norman, but the couple has trained in perfecting taste for authenticity! Tean is exceptionally kind and caring during each visit. This location also supports Veterans and Students with a discount on each purchase! If you're in Norman on early game days, stop by and help a business that promotes OUr own!

Looks like it’s out of business. Locks on the door and lights were off.

Won't go back been twice both times no kolaches either too lazy to make them or just don't care. It's crazy two different times two different people each time same excuse we're out I highly doubt it lost my business

This morning i was in an accident on main street because of a car pulling out of a neighborhood without stopping at the stop sign and in panick i ended up swerving to hit a curb instead of hitting another car. i pulled over into the shipleys parking lot unsure of what to do and went in asking if someone could help me change my now busted wheel. The sweetest man came out ready to help with a smile on his face which is rare to see that early in a busy city. He changed my tire as well as taught me how to do it for the future and made me laugh and smile despite the unfortunate situation. He said a phrase that made me happy “we do more than donuts here at shipleys” i’ve only had the food a couple times and its always a recommendation from me but just the small act of kindness from a donut making stranger has made that recommendation a demand haha. i will forever be thankful for this store.

I've never had worse donuts. They have better donuts at gas stations. Mt chocolate twist literally looked like Mr. Hankey ?. I'll send yall a picture. It's hard and crusted and there's a jew amount of chocolate. I'd never go back to Shipleys.

Short story: I tried it today and my wife and I never plan to eat here again, even my 5 year old who will eat anything didn't want any of it. So far the worst doughnuts we've tried in the area, tied with Dunkin, and I would even take 7/11 over this. I recommend Main Street Doughnuts instead.Longer review: Their doughnut texture itself is awful it's the texture of dense bread not a fluffy doughnut. We tried a couple flavors and I wasn't impressed with any of them. I definitely have a sweet tooth but their caramel frappe tasted like liquid caramel, way too much sugar and barely any coffee flavor. Their sausage breakfast was very salty and tasted okay I suppose. And their apple fritter had a decent flavor but still a horrible texture.

Norman's Shipley's is a wonderful place from which to order if you enjoy NOT receiving what you actually order. In this respect, these guys100% consistent in screwing it up. Whoever manages this place needs to spend a week or so in training at any Shipley's in Texas to learn how it's supposed to be done. And hire a crew who gives a danm about customer service and satisfaction
