The stores posted hours say the stores closes at 9pm. We got there at 8:57 and the drive thru was closed and inside locked. The employees were cleaning everything already, with again the sign on the door saying 9pm. I worked there ten years ago and the policy then was this had to stay open ten minutes after normal closing time. What horrible service.
If you need a place to study, go to a live band! It will be quieter for sure. This place is loud! I think they football spike the dishes on purpose to see how many customers they can scare the s$&t out of… otherwise a great place…

This store is always busy and the drive thru has long lines, but I order on the app and go inside to pick up. My Chai Tea Latte is made well most of the time. I ask for extra hot, but I don't think any barista knows what that is or they don't read the extra instructions on the cup. Rarely do I get an extra hot drink. When I go in and order, everyone is friendly and accommodating. Service is usually good and fast considering the long drive thru line. I love Starbucks!Parking: There are a few close parking places. Parking is free. Sometimes the drive thru line makes getting to these close places difficult but you can usually park near the store
The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee I get is always made right and haven’t had to complain about anything. Even when they’re busy in the morning they still get everything made right and with a smile!Kid-friendliness: Lots of cake pop options for kids

Went to Owasso Starbucks just a few minutes shy of 7 a.m. I ordered eggs bites. I was told they were already out. How can you be out within an hour of opening. Apparently, someone needs to learn how to order. This is not the first time this has happened at a Starbucks. I ordered something else that was not worth eating. I threw it away. Very disappointed

Typically a great experience here, even when packed or busy. The coffee is usually delicious and error free, though I've had a time or two where they forgot the whip. I always see a lot of people working at tables rather than at home or a library, but there's a bit too much noise and commotion during prime business time for me to want to follow suit. To each their own. Great place to grab a coffee and chat with friends though.

Coffee always has this weird fish tank flavor. Have noticed it at other locations too.
I'm angry because they serve a large coffee like a medium one with a big difference in liquid. Check your coffee before leaving the store.

i ordered a pumpkin chai with blonde espresso through mobile order and i got it and once i got home i realized there is no chai in it, just shots, milk, and pumpkin foam. i’m a partner myself and i understand it can be busy but forgetting the main ingredient is a little bit

I’ve really tried to love this Starbucks, but I’ve had some bad experiences and just go elsewhere now.I usually tip but honestly it’s already so expensive to get a coffee and a small snack. I skipped the tip and feel like maybe there was some retaliation. I lifted my cup up from my cup holder and about half spilled out onto my car. The lid was not on tightly and it just felt like it was purposeful. I’m so over the tip for anything mentality.Tried again and found what looked to be a clipping of a fingernail on my walnut bread. Waited some time and tried again, ordered a cheese danish and found couple inch long black hair on it.I think all my attempts are done with this location. I never complained. I was never rude, but I need to leave a review because either there is a an employee that really hates their job or there is a major health concern regarding cleanliness. Do better. Also it shouldn’t cost $35 for a couple coffees and some snacks. PLUS AN UNDESERVING TIP. For what? Handing me a muffin through the window? It’s not the consumers job to pay what the employer lacks in wages.
