This store is always busy and the drive thru has long lines, but I order on the app and go inside to pick up. My Chai Tea Latte is made well most of the time. I ask for extra hot, but I don't think any barista knows what that is or they don't read the extra instructions on the cup. Rarely do I get an extra hot drink. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee I get is always made right and haven’t had to complain about anything. Even when they’re busy in the morning they still get everything made right and with a smile!Kid-friendliness: Lots of cake pop options for kids

Typically a great experience here, even when packed or busy. The coffee is usually delicious and error free, though I've had a time or two where they forgot the whip. I always see a lot of people working at tables rather than at home or a library, but there's a bit too much noise and commotion during prime business time for me to want to follow suit. To each their own. Great place to grab a coffee and chat with friends though.
