The drive-thru team does a great job. We typically have some special requests on our orders, and they're usually pretty sizeable. Our family has different requests like extra onions, no sour cream, etc and they always do a great job with that. The team works quickly and the food is hot and typically they mark the special items so we can tell what they are, which is very helpful when a family is hungry and needs dinner. I do not understand the bad reviews for this location, as I have only had positive experiences. Then again, I only go here during the evening shift (after 7pm). Perhaps that makes a difference - or not.The portions are satisfying and the ingredients are perfectly cooked and perfectly well-distributed whether it is a taco or burrito. The lady at the drive thru had wonderful customer service! Her name is Diana Ross. It's nice to have a courteous person take the order and behave in the same manner at the window. She asked me to do the review on my receipt. Unfortunately, it wasn't in the bag so here I am. She definitely deserves to be raved about and I hope this review makes it the higher ups so she can be recognized.
