I ordered the new chicken crunchadilla, with the sour cream and sauce on the side. Not sure if I liked the sauce, I wanted to try it and maybe add it myself. Turned out I did not like it. The crunchadilla looked great, fresh, and full of ingredients. Tasted great too until I got a bite of spicy. I did receive the sauce on the side but it was also on the menu item. That ruined it for me. On the side was the request not extra on the side.
This place need too rework management or something, it’s visibly run like shit. 25 minutes wait for two items?? I inform the person working ( who is trying their best) for a refund since I gotta head back to work she informs me there is no manager present and cannot give me it. I just wanted my burrito man
The manager I talked to today and the employees I interacted with were honestly all really lovely. A blip of a problem got solved no problem later on in the day and it was and continues to be a great experience. I look forward to going to this Taco Bell location in the future. :)
