Just left the Pizza Palace, formerly Pizza Shop, a few minutes ago. This place is great! Friendly staff and excellent pizza. Chris and T deserve super kudos, I give them both 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s. Keep up the great energy and see ya soon!!
The Pizza Palace offers a welcoming atmosphere with very good customer service. Diners appreciate the fresh and timely preparation of their meals. The pizza is described as amazing, full of ingredients, and served at the perfect temperature, making it enjoyable for many. Customers praise the perfect, moist, tender, and succulent pizza with out-of-this-world cheese and perfectly falling apart crust, which they consider the best they have ever tasted. While some reviews mention the Cheese Bread could use more garlic, overall, customers are eager to return for more pizza, including favorites like the Godfather. Visitors, including those from out of state, find the experience worth recommending and plan to try different options on future visits. The staff, especially Chris and T, are recognized for their politeness, helpfulness, and genuine empathy, especially toward disabled veterans. The restaurant is also noted for its cleanliness, with one reviewer stating it is "extremely clean." The new management and better employees have improved service, making it a place where food is delivered fast and just the way customers like it. Many feel the prices are very good, and the overall experience is reminiscent of the family outings at pizza places in New York, where dining was a fun event for everyone.
