I understand that fast food jobs are extremely stressful and tiresome, and being a retail worker myself I try to take notice of other workers efforts. “Call to talk to the manager about an incident that happened Last night. Lonnie, the manager answered the phone. He was so kind so nice and I really appreciated him listening and being empathetic. I love this Wendy's because of their customer service there and one bad thing that happened does not constitute me not going there anymore but the manager Lonnie was great and made it to where I'm not mad about it anymore.
