Wendy's in Oklahoma City

“This particular location is fantastic I quit eating Wendy's because it's just gone downhill but I recently moved over here and this location is great every single time I eat there, my food is always hot and fresh the service is fast they're friendly.“

“Haven't had a problem here. Usually come maybe once a week at that as a reward for my children's behavior in school and there's no complaint. The workers are nice and pretty straight forward. Some pretty interesting people come here but friendly for the most part. Food orders are always correct. Never did I have a time where I needed to ask for the sauce I ordered or for specific food to be remade so thats a plus.“

“My husband and I visited about a week ago, Julian served us. (I really hope I spelled his name right) he was extremely nice and very polite, very respectful. Good customer service is hard to come by nowadays, we need more people like Julian. He was awesome. Thank you so much!

“First off, the employee cameron was AWESOME. Idk what yall pay him but he needs a raise, he was off the bat extremely welcoming when I came in, even though he was cleaning he dropped it and helped me immediately. He helped me pick my options and made everything super easy for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better expirience!“

The staff is real friendly and I have always appreciated their hospitality when we do dine-in. “Ciera was the best and super accommodating!! we showed up kinda late and requested some baked potatoes knowing that they are sometimes a hit or miss to get this late, but she warned us of the wait and said she could have them made when other locations have straight up refused. I also wanted a different frosty than I ordered originally and felt bad for changing my order at the window but she was super sweet and made it no problem! When we got our baked potatoes she was super efficient and made sure all the requested condiments were present! She was super sweet and such a good worker! GIVE HER A RAISE!!“
