“I've had nothing but great service each time I come here, except for yesterday. The manager that was on duty around 1:15pm can learn a lot from his staff.For some context, the Wendy's app has been a bit glitchy the last couple of weeks. Nevertheless, there are some great deals on there from time to time. When I got to the window there was an employee that genuinely did not know how to fix my missing digital coupon yet was kind enough to go get his manager.The manager approached and told me "we don't do the apps, we have nothing to do with the apps.."I use the app each time which is the only reason why I come to Wendy's. I requested that the manager ask the other employees if one of them may know more about the app and he looked at me, shook his head side to side and said "you already spoke to someone."Of course I'm upset and I tell him that I too am a manager, I don't understand everything which is why I lean on my employees, therefore please go get another one who may know more... He just kept standing there shaking his head for another 2 minutes.Then eventually he shuts the window in my face. The original employee came over and asked "did he just shut that window in your face??" I said yes, but it's all good. Another employee comes over and was absolutely great. I told her that I'm not sure what her aspirations are but that this is how you manage and that she is going to make a great leader.I told both employees that the manager made be the shift leader but isn't a true leader, that they are the true leaders because we can lead from all levels.“
“This Wendy's was an excellent experience and reminded me of my childhood visits. Everyone was friendly and made sure every guest was treated with respect and dignity.The cook did an awesome job and to be honest, I would drive 35 minutes everytime I want Wendy's just to frequent this location.“
“I only stop here anymore when I’m on my way to work. It’s an older restaurant but I only really care about the food and the service.What really makes this place stand out is they tell me before they take my money is if there is going to be wait. I appreciate this if I’m on a time crunch. It’s rare that I have to wait at this location. Like once every few months. They never get my order wrong and the wait is minimal.I get 2 sausage biscuits and they are better than any other drive thru in the metro. I get lunch here every once In while and it’s ok.Overall I like this Wendy’s better than the on by Healthplex. It’s quick, efficient, and I get what I want.“
