Went w my girlfriend last night got burgers. We both wake up at 4am w food poisoning. That was the only meal we both shared that day. Im sure the employees don't have a serv safe cert or even a food handling card. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!

This place looks like a trash dumpster exploded behind the counter. The lobby carpet doesn't appear to have been vacuumed for a couple years. The men's bathroom toilet doesn't flush properly. Broken flush lever. If the health dept was to go in the store. They would probably shut the place down. The smell of grim and filth is almost to strong. We decided we would go somewhere else from now on.

On 1/6 at 12:45 am I went to take my crew out for burgers after a crazy hard shift but they decided to close early. Even the ice cream was shut down. Don’t count on this Wendy’s

Call to talk to the manager about an incident that happened Last night. Lonnie, the manager answered the phone. He was so kind so nice and I really appreciated him listening and being empathetic. I love this Wendy's because of their customer service there and one bad thing that happened does not constitute me not going there anymore but the manager Lonnie was great and made it to where I'm not mad about it anymore. Thank you, Lonnie.😊

Just went by here for the first time in a while and the frosty tasted like plain vinegar!! So gross! The fries were nasty and all of the food had a bitter taste.

The one that took our order I think was stoned. He could not comprehend what we was trying to order. He was very slow. We should have went through drive through would have got our food quicker. They waited on 6 cars in drive through while we waited on 2 cheeseburgers for about 30 min. I went up to get money back then we finally got our food. I used to love Wendy’s but this experience has totally changed my mind. I would not recommend this Wendy’s at all. The service is very poor.

Had lunch here today with some friends and we were all blown away by the excellent service provided by the manager (maybe the owner?). He went out of his way to personally deliver food to diners, was very friendly, and treated the other staff well. And the food was really good and inexpensive, and served fast!

Even though it's a large international chain, it employs people locally and so if you're looking for a good meal and want to help the local economy while in Norman, please give them a visit!

Parking: Probably 30+ parking spots.

Kid-friendliness: There were several families there with very small children, and they all seemed to be enjoying their lunch and the clean, safe atmosphere.

Hello, I am deaf and my name is Odeimy. I visited the drive-thru at Wendy's and the young lady working there was very kind and tried to communicate with me using sign language. I appreciate her efforts to make me feel welcome.

However, I was disappointed with the quality of the food. The hamburgers were not cooked properly and the bread seemed undercooked. I had ordered a Dave's Double Hamburger, but they gave me a single hamburger instead. This was a mistake and I feel that I did not receive what I paid for.

In total, I spent $28.10 on a family meal.

Cloe Day

Horrible customer service from a corporate location. Their employees flipped us off during our visit. We waited 43 minutes for an online order for pickup. The manager with a lisp and a larger native employee flipped us off after handing our drinks. And the manager flipped us off when we left. Also handed us the wrong order for a car that they pulled in front so we would leave. No wonder their drive through is never busy, people know this Wendy’s is horrible . The large native guy should be fired. And the manager should loose his pay too. They have no business dealing with customers. Put them in a warehouse away from the public please.
