Soul Food as it should be! Visited this gem for lunch. I believe this is a family owned establishment. Was warmly welcomed and given an overview of the menu. We went with the fried catfish and chicken and waffles. Both of the dishes were simply yummy and this included a varied selection of side dishes. Fried okra and Mac and cheese were wonderful. Reasonably priced. We'll be back!
Very clean, pleasant black owned establishment with great tasting food. I was impressed by each table having a small vase of fresh flowers. The staff was extremely kind and smiling.
I went here today for breakfast and the staff was very helpful and kind. I felt like I was apart of their family the second I walked in and was greeted. The food was very homey and it made me feel warm and cozy. It wasn't packed at all and I felt as if we were priority.
