Need to get employees that know how to do their job....went over today at 730 pm and had to pull up and wait for my food. Didnt have marinara or arbys sauce. Got home both sandwiches were cold the roast beef wasnt cut right and was real thick cuts. The Brisket was just cold. The onion straws were soggy as well. The meat didnt even make it on the sandwhich it was to the side of the bun and stuck to the carton. Used to be a good Arbys to go to. Not sure what happened
