It was great once you got the food but it was noon and something was not ready.... I was the only customer. Had to wait 5 minutes, just like the KFC down the street, seldom has any chicken ready at dinner time.
Normally one of the better locations in my area, the most recent visit attempt was not great. At 3:30 in the afternoon and with nobody else at the drive-thru I thought I could get a quick snack. After a solid 2+ minutes of sitting with no communication I left, I could see people in the kitchen I guess they didn't want to be bothered with answering the intercom.
