Normally one of the better locations in my area, the most recent visit attempt was not great. At 3:30 in the afternoon and with nobody else at the drive-thru I thought I could get a quick snack. After a solid 2+ minutes of sitting with no communication I left, I could see people in the kitchen I guess they didn't want to be bothered with answering the intercom.
Service was great and very fast. The food was hot and the order was correct. Staff was friendly and very nice on taking my order and delivering my order.

Stupid of Arby's to get rid of the chicken salad. It doesn't make sense to have hot sandwiches in the south in summer and not offer a nice cool sandwich. Turnovers shrunk, too. Probably won't return.
