The crew always forgets something so make sure and check before you drive off if you get it to go! Also the employee today was so busy on his cellphone he forgot my sauce to my French dip and that’s the whole purpose of a French dip. Also he didn’t cut it in half. Had to drive all the way back up there to get it

I ordered a half pound roast beef. I put the horsey sauce on it. The creamy sauce between all of the folds of meat reminded me of her. I took a bite and the sauce was off. Too much twang and it smelled funny. 100% reminded me of her. I had to change my phone number because of it....

ORIGINAL REVIEW: The roast beef was not sliced as thin as usual (at least 4 times thicker than normal), and it was undercooked.

Ordered through the app. No way to cancel order. Work got us lunch, so I wanted to cancel the order. Tried to call store even. They have no way to cancel the order. I don't even like Arby's but my husband does. The food is never good, the service is worse. I can do without Arby's and the constant excuses.

I really try to give places more than one opportunity. But I've never gotten fresh fries, burger patties are dry as a hockey puck, bread is stale, and food is never hot. Place needs to shape up for real.
