This place is bomb town, best tacos I've had in okc and to be honest it beats out most tacos in LA which doesn't make sense. I live in LA but every time i fly out to okc i have to go eat here and Butchers BBQ.
Finally found the truck worth 5 stars in OKC. Tacos were pure simplicity of flavor and the birria is the definition authenticity.I eat at every truck I can find from Houston to San Diego. Given the lack of over all quality of Mexican or even Tex-Mex in the greater OKC area, Don Jose's truck is the veritable diamond in the rough.

This is my first stop once I land in OKC. Best tripa tacos EVER..the crunch is so good Beef, tongue and beef cheek are also favs. I haven't found a place in Cali that compares to these tripe tacos. Not in the best area, but well worth it. They have outdoor seating now as well. Service is quick. Cash only. Was too excited to eat, forgot to take a picture of the food.
