I was here for dinner and drinks in a small group. The staff were nice, knowledgeable and experienced. The food quality and speed was also good. My only criticism, is that it seems pointless the waitress asking how you would like your burger cooked, if it's all going to come out well-done anyway. Overall, there was a good drink selection and a nice vibe of the lounge.

Terrible experience with blatant, non-transparent up-charging - charged for 2 meals when only one was ordered, extra $10 for switching to from regular to sweet potato fries (price not mentioned when ordering or posted anywhere), extra $1 for ranch dressing (price not stated), refills on small glass of soda cost for each refill (again, not mentioned by the waiter or posted anywhere). When I asked the waiter about all of the charges, he said "oh, I thought you knew" and he walked away. Will not be back. The total was $60 for chicken tenders (4 large tenders with sweet potato fries - apparently this is two full orders' worth), 2 scoops of ice cream, and a sprite.

Amazing service, the vibes here are really nice my husband and I enjoyed ourselves. I ordered the ribeye, it came with fingerling potatoes, asparagus, and Demi butter. The ribeye was delicious, melted in your mouth and the demi butter was a nice addition, the asparagus was perfectly cooked and the fingerling potatoes were nicely seasoned. Would mist definitely come back the next time I'm in town.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food here. I typically rely on yelp to help me find good places to eat. I was staying at the Sheraton and got in late so I decided to eat at the restaurant at the hotel. The salmon was amazing. If you like spinach, and Salmon this is a winner

This is a traditional downtown convention/meeting hotel venue with a great location within easy walking distance of Bricktown and other downtown attractions. It is showing its age with a mix of good and bad experiences. I had requested an accessible room meaning I wanted to know if there were grab bars in the tub or shower since I had recently stayed at the Westin Galleria in Houston where there weren't such bars in a regular room. After some confusion at the check-in, we were placed in a wheelchair-accessible room on the club floor which is the 15th floor. Be aware that the club on the club floor is closed after 4:00 p.m. on Fridays and throughout the weekend. The room was large, the king-size bed was great, but there was no chair other than the desk chair. The bathroom was large but the sink had no room for toiletries. We saw a regular king room where the daughter and son-in-law stayed, and its bathroom was small, but the tub did have grab bars. Their room had a comfy chair for sitting. Also, be aware that the outdoor pool closes at 9:00 p.m. All floors are quiet floors from 11:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. The hotel must be short-staffed as the Coincerge doubles as the valet, and while there are supposed to be two, there are times that neither is available. Usually, those two functions are separate, and it would help the welcome experience if they were. We pulled into the check-in driveway, and there were no clear directions as to what to do. For $35 per day for valet parking, I expect a higher and more consistent level of service. On Saturday morning, we had breakfast at the Library Coffee Company in the lobby. My wife is not a coffee drinker, and the young lady working that morning made her hot chocolate even though it wasn't on the menu. Kudos to that worker. When we returned on Sunday morning, the two ladies working had not ever heard of being able to make hot chocolate since it wasn't on the menu. They were not as friendly as the Saturday morning lady. The cherry Danish was good on both mornings. This must be a pretty good hotel since a lot of airline people overnight there, but it could definitely up its game to match its location and type of establishment it seeks to be.

This is the last time I will ever stay at Marriot Bonvoy. The room next to us was so loud that it kept waking me. The front desk was not helpful. All they did was call and warn them about quiet hours.

I ordered the chicken tender meal. The tenders were good. Made with white meat chicken breast and not chicken meat which I was so happy to hear. Two large tenders. The sauces paired nice with the meal. The fries were good. Plain fries and lightly salted. Nice quick meal. My friend ordered the burger and was disappointed to find that the burger was raw in the middle. It was last call so she couldn't get a replacement. Just ask for your burger well done or medium well if that is your preference.

The service was good. We sat down and we're greeted right away. The service was attentive. I ordered the cauliflower tacos and they were absolutely delicious! I would definitively come here again.

Stayed downtown as it was in between the 2 destinations I had in the area. They are remodeling, as I saw some boards in the lobby. The people were great! Super friendly and helpful! The room itself was a disappointment. It had not been remodeled. Stained carpet. Bedding was thin. Workout room was good.

Had the tenders with sweet potatoe fries, was pretty good for hotel food. Bar was top shelf. More variety then expected. Cheesecake was pretty good
