I am not a huge fan of food trucks usually because you have to yell over the generators to order, and then wait too long to get your order with no chair for a mediocre meal. Some of this holds true for Blue Donkey, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chicken tacos and the side of Donkey Poo (avocado chunks, tomato and cucumber salad). The Blue Donkey Food Truck is out at Oak Tree this evening. Great food and excellent service! The Beef Tacos, Chicken Tacos, Donkey Beans and Donkey Corn were all excellent this evening! Thanks for coming out to Oak Tree !

Had for the first time tonight and really enjoyed it!! Great shredded chicken tacos and I could eat buckets of the sweet and spicy corn! Delicious! Also the staff were very friendly and kind! Absolutely recommend!!
