I’m giving 5 star just because their coffee beans are the best in the city, I get them usually every two weeks to make espresso shots at home, today I tried a day old lemon poppy muffin it was inedible and had to throw it away.

Went here based off the good reviews and I have no idea how this has good reviews. Got an iced caramel latte. It was beyond bitter. Went back and told the blonde girl it was bitter and asked if she can remake it. As shes remaking it the other girl working asked her what was wrong. She mocked me and said β€œ its not caramely enough” so im remaking it. I then watched her do double the pumps. Girl get a new job bc u dont throw in half a bottle of caramel because coffee is bitter. Waste of money.

Such a cute little coffee spot! My sister recommended it and it definitely lived up to the hype. I got the coconut lavender latte and it was absolutely delicious, super smooth with just the right balance of floral and sweet without tasting overpowering. My 5 year old got a hot chocolate loaded with marshmallows and whipped cream and was basically living her best life. πŸ˜‚
We also tried the β€œmini piggie” (an everything-seasoning pig in a blanket) and it was SO good. Perfect little savory snack with coffee.
The staff was really friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and even though the place filled up quickly after we arrived, there was still plenty of seating. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

On a friend's recommendation, I went to Aspen Coffee, in Edmond. It was my first time, and I just wanted a quick cup for the evening. There were a few guests in the Cafe, and plenty of seating for more. I simply came to get a to-go cup. The flavor was Moka Java brew...I added cream and sugar. It was hot, but not too hot to begin sipping. The coffee was good and I will try a specialty coffee if I get back to OKC.

I guess the people who work here are so full of themselves that they make someone who has already paid for just a bag of coffee wait while they finish telling their precious story to a co-worker, rather than serve the bag of coffee and then tell the story. The culture at this Aspen is not customer-first, so I would not recommend it if you are in a hurry; THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME. More expensive than Starbucks, and the coffee is bad.

Aspen Coffee is one of my go-to spots in Oklahoma City. They have a great selection of coffee, pastries, and food items like burritos, avocado toast, and more. I’ve visited several times to get work done and always enjoy the atmosphere. The staff is consistently friendly and the service is great. Whether you’re looking for a place to work, meet up, or just grab a cup of coffee with a friend, I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

I tried Aspen for the first time today during my visit to Edmond. The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was home. We got cappuccino, chai, and Italian soda. The barista executed them all flawlessly. I can't wait to come back on my next visit. This is the only place I will go for coffee in Edmond.
