Service was excellent! Food was really good and different than your average Mexican restaurant. Guacamole was so good and it was a huge portion! Recommend the chicken enchiladas. Salsa tasted fire roasted and was very tasty. Chips and salsa were complimentary. We sat on the patio and it was a perfect vibe. Area is shaded with fans and cute lighting. We will be back again to see what it's like at night. Desserts looked good but we were too full this time.
Good for lunch and dinner, but GREAT for happy hour (Sun-Thurs 2-6pm). The $7 taco special comes with two tacos. The fish taco is my favorite- big chunks of cod with pickled cabbage and topped with fried caper & sauce. Fresh homemade tortilla chips and salsa are always a hit, as is the freshly made guacamole. This happened Sunday, 5/24 at 4ish. We waited at the hostess stand for a bit while our table was being set up which is understandable with 5 adults and 2 children, but there was literally no sense of urgency. There was also this awkward moment where who I think is the manager grabbed a bunch of menus from the hostess stand and started walking toward a table without saying anything to us, so naturally we followed him thinking our table was finally ready.
