Discovered establishment off Tik Tok and had high expectations. Ordered the spicy cowboy burger and it did NOT look anything like others experience and all of our fries were overcooked (4 meals). Visiting from out of town, but will not be returning here when we return. Kinda disappointed 😞.

Went today right at opening time, my husband went inside to order a take-out order of 2 burger meals, was told that they were out of stock of chicken and steak sandwiches, which I don't understand how this can happen right at opening, but whatever. it took over 30 minutes for him to get our order because it was skipped over several times, he did speak with the manager and received a few dessert as a compensation for the mistake, we get home and realized we ended up with the...

The wait was about an hour. I had to order takeout because there was nowhere to sit. I got a chicken sandwich; my wife got a steak sandwich. They were huge and decent-tasting, but I should have tried a burger, because no one's chicken or steak sandwich is better than Del Rancho's. Sorry not sorry
