This location is doing great things! The manager is very friendly and spoke to everyone that came in as family. I deliver for Uber Eats in my free time and I picked up a delivery from the NW Expressway location. I entered and the friendly atmosphere made me return as a customer. Keep it up!
Ribs were excellent but ordered a potato with everything but meat. When i got home it was just a potato with no butter cheese or sour cream and was charged the full price for a loaded potato. I will learn to check all orders becore driving away

This restaurant has seriously turned itself around in the best way! We hadn’t been to Billy Sim’s in a couple years due to a previous bad experience. However, this visit was absolutely phenomenal.
