This restaurant has seriously turned itself around in the best way! We hadn’t been to Billy Sim’s in a couple years due to a previous bad experience. However, this visit was absolutely phenomenal. Both the manager and employee attitudes were SO positive, they were laughing and sharing stories with us like it was the best family restaurant.The food was delicious! We had the ribs (which were so tender the bones fell right out), the chicken, and brisket (both fantastic). The sides are my favorite part - that baked potato salad was a 10/10!We will absolutely be back knowing how much things have improved, and especially after an experience as good as this one. The restaurant was SPOTLESS too!! Kudos to this team and thank you for a great dinner!!

I have eaten at nearly every Billy Sims in Oklahoma. This, by far, was the worst food I have had.The ribs were nothing like any of the other locations, and the baked beans weren't like any other locations either.They were definitely overcooked, the ribs that is and the beans weren't flavorful like usual.Then, to top it off, the lady getting the sides and running the register licked her fingers and did not wash her hands but continued touching people's food.

the food itself is good...but when I went there today, my sandwich combo was almost $10, military rate, but a week ago it was $7.93, over 20% increased and the portions were smaller so that's probably another 20% increase. I won't be going back anytime soon unless things change.

UPDATE!!! PLEASE READ!!!placed an order at Billy Sims located at 6401 Northwest Expwy Oklahoma City, OK 73132 through Door Dash app on Jan.18, 2021 6:38 p.m. I ordered Half Slab meal with three sides. When I got my order it was not what I ordered. I called immediately at 6:41pm to report the incident. I spoke with the Manager or Supervisor that worked on Jan. 18, 2021 6:41pm. She took my name and my phone# and apologized and told me would replace my order. I asked for her name as a formality but took didn’t write it down as I’d already given my information with my personal cell phone#. I called on 1/23/2021 at 6:16pm to reorder as I’d been told Monday. After having to rehash the incident that I’d explained to their superior. Upon learning she was not the Manager I requested to speak with the Mgr. Again, I explained to her what had happen and she has to call to find out who worked on Monday 1.18.2021 and requested I call her back in 5 minutes. I called back at 6:35pm and requested the phone number for the Corporate office from Jessica and was given this phone # and ask for Patricia. Fin

Just left this location and will not be going back. Dirty, hot, horrible customer service and the food is old and rancid. Gave me the holy $#@+ 5 minutes after just tasting the food. I'm back and forth praying to the porcelain god! Omg coming from both ends. It's Like this place changed over night. A couple months ago it was by far cleaner and the food seemed to be better than it had been in a while. Not to mention the customer service is by far the worst. And got nerve to have a tip jar lol! They should have tipped me for the tissue and tums I had to buy! Where did billy find these incompetent hoodlums employees.What a joke billy!!!!
