It was a great experience like normal with Bob's .. only issue was when the Indiana pacers came in .. lol the service kind of got diverted to them so our service went down a bit .. but I get it .. that was a major tab .. but overall was still great I will be back

I made two notes on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday. Waitress, after a long wait, came up and asked if we were celebrating anything. They blew that one. Very noisy and hard for a table if 6 to talk. I guess understaffed .... It took a very long time to get orders take, drinks delivered, etc. we were there almost 3 hours. My advice, don't go if a sports team is in town. The Memphis NBA team was in a private area and they definitely prioritized their service over the regular dining room.
First off we missed our reservation by 15 minutes, at least. The hostess had an amazing attitude and got us a table right away. Me and the wife had an amazing steak dinner and the crab cake appetizer is outstanding. They also have a special horseradish that is also amazing with the steak. Don't forget the spicy margarita. 6 stars and enjoy!

Impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious. My steak was tender and flavorful. The wait staff was very attentive. We were seated right away and never had to ask for our waters to be filled up. Our waiter was knowledgable about the menu and answered all our questions and requests.

This was our first time in and it was for our wedding anniversary. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and congratulated us on our anniversary. Our waiter was amazing! He was so helpful, made sure we were taken care of, offered to check my husband's sweater and explained the menu. They even gave us an anniversary dessert! The food was delicious! We would definitely come back again!
Amazing dinner tonight! We celebrated our daughter's 13th birthday! The staff treated her like a queen! The food and service were top notch!!! Bob's never disappoints ! 5⭐️ all the way around!!!

Bob's Chophouse was great! Steak was one of the best I've ever had. Sides were great. The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic and perfect for any get together or romantic meal.
Amazing! This place may be on the pricier side, but you are paying for quality. The service is exceptional and the food is even better. My wife and I have been wanting to go there for quite some time and we are not disappointed. At 42 years old, I can easily say that is the best ribeye I have ever had. We are definitely going back again. I would recommend this place to anyone.
