Had a terrible time here during Game 7 of the Finals. Can't smoke on property, not a lot of great parking options, the TV was small for the occasion with shoddy Internet service, and it was overcrowded with little to no shade from the sun. Would not recommend coming here beyond an overpriced meal or beer.
We had a fairly large party. They suggested that we sit inside instead of their igloos since Santa will be there. We agreed since we thought our children would love that! Well Santa never even came. Furthermore, after we were there for about an hour or so they told us to finish up because the next party was there. I mean who books reservations an hour apart?! Absolutely horrible customer service! We will not be back! We took our kids there tonight (10 people in total). They charged us $100 just for the reservations. They suggested we sit inside instead of their igloos since Santa will be inside. Well, Santa didn’t even show up. After we were there for about an hour and fifteen minutes two separate employees came up and told us to finish up because they had overbooked our table.
