I would like a refund for this order! This is totally unacceptable. I drove 10 miles or I would have turned around and went back. Ridiculous!! I can't believe they sent me home with something like this!!!!
I should have known by how long I waited and watched staff running and laughing around.

Never answered the speaker. For many mins said hello. No answer. Pulled up to window 2. Tried to place order at window. Was declined. Said we couldn't do that. Since unable to place an order we left. Very disappointed

Why can you not just order a burger just the burger. Employee wouldn't let my husband get just a burger said he had to order the combo !!!! So he got nothing !!
Got a four piece combo. This is considered a strip?? Its the size of a potato wedge. As the same for another piece I got. Got a large fry and wasn’t even full. I’m already having to deal with inflation. I love Braum’s and just wanted a decent meal….
